Za nami kolejny rok, w którym mierzyliśmy się z wieloma wyzwaniami, związanymi nie tylko z pandemią. Mam jednak poczucie, że od kiedy w 2020 roku zmusiła nas ona do bardziej elastycznego i kreatywnego podejścia do prowadzenia biznesu, poradziliśmy sobie z nimi dobrze.
W 2021 roku skupiliśmy się na rozwoju organizacji i działaniach, które przyniosą nam korzyści także w kolejnych miesiącach czy latach: rozbudowaliśmy park maszynowy i przeprowadziliśmy modernizację obiektów w kilku lokalizacjach. W czwartym kwartale tego roku zaprezentowaliśmy też dwa nowe spoty reklamowe wspierające ważne marki w naszym portfolio: Big-Active oraz Herbapol Polana, które pojawiły się na rynku naturalnych kosmetyków pod koniec 2020 roku. Jeśli chodzi o plany na najbliższy rok, już teraz widać, że będzie to wymagający czas dla wszystkich: i producentów, i konsumentów. Bez wątpienia rosnące ceny surowców będą jednym z głównych problemów. Dlatego przygotowujemy się na to, że będziemy musieli na bieżąco reagować na sytuację rynkową, tak, aby zrealizować nasze założenia.
